Who Are The Boston Hancocks and Boston Bulldogs?

The Boston Hancocks and the Boston Bulldogs are tournament teams comprised of members from the FLAG Flag Football League. Each year, one and/or both of the teams play in the annual Gay Bowl, which takes place on Columbus Day weekend each year.

Boston is one of 18 cities from across the country that makes up the National Gay Flag Football League, (NGFFL) www.NGFFL.com. Other member cities include: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas/FT. Worth, Denver, Detroit, Ft. Lauderdale, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburg, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Silicon Valley and Washington DC. The Gay Bowl is governed by the NGFFL board of directors.

Getting Involved With the Boston Hancocks and Bulldogs

The next Gay Bowl will take place in Washington, DC, October 8th – 11th. The team has already been chosen, but if you would like to participate in any future tournaments and/or want to support the teams, please contact us at hancocks@flagflagfootball.com.
